Social Media Growth 101 is a hands-on workshop designed to help service providers build a social media presence that is recognizable, authentic, engaging, and uniquely theirs.
After growing my own audience by 13,000+ followers in one year, I’m breaking down the strategies I personally used—but you won’t spend the entire workshop sitting and listening to me talk about what worked for me.
You’re going to work on YOUR brand.
Throughout the workshop, we’ll move between teaching, demonstrations, guided activities, group brainstorming, and hands-on exercises designed to help you figure out what actually works for you.
Together, we’ll work on:
- Identifying what makes you and your brand worth following
- Developing your core content pillars
- Finding your visual style and creating brand recognition
- Balancing professionalism with authenticity
- Showing your personality without feeling like you have to share everything

- Finding and adapting trends to fit your personality and business
- Using Stories to build familiarity and connection
- Creating content that showcases your work AND the person behind it
- Recycling content instead of constantly starting from scratch
- Understanding what your engagement is telling you
- Building consistency even when your content isn’t performing yet
- Developing a content system that works with your real schedule
You’ll work through a guided Social Media Growth workbook throughout the workshop and complete activities designed to help you define your brand, choose your content pillars, brainstorm content ideas, create a mood board, analyze what makes content engaging, and begin building a strategy you can actually use.
The goal is not for you to leave with pages of notes you never look at again.
The goal is for you to leave knowing:
What should I post?
What makes my content different?
What does my brand look and feel like?
What types of content should I focus on?
How can I make my content look better?
And what am I going to do next?
You do not need a huge following, expensive equipment, a perfect aesthetic, or previous social media experience.
